Fitness Trails Fitness Trails systems - the EXERSITE and fitness trails - are endorsed by Australia's peak Health and Fitness bodies and are found in parks and recreation areas, schools, tertiary institutions, resorts, housing and business developments, golf courses, hospitals and defence installations: in fact, anywhere people wish to work out. We create these systems with 100% recycled plastic. Repeat Fitness markets outdoor fitness trails, EXERSITES (fitness clusters), Stretching Guides and Stretching Tees. Each system is characterised by a series of exercise stations either spaced over a .5km to 4 km course or grouped together in one or more locations. At each station, users are ‘coached' by signs carrying high quality graphics and text, describing and illustrating how to use the equipment safely and effectively. Repeat Fitness systems are ‘user friendly’, safe and provide a fitness work out for people of any ability and fitness level. The program has been endorsed by peak bodies such as the Australian Council for Health Physical Education and Recreation (ACHPER).
Fitness Trails is an Australian Federal Government “Active Australia Provider”. www.repeatfitness.com.au
