Welcome to the Rylstone Olive Press and Bentivoglio Olives. Our organic olive groves and modern organic olive oil processing facility are situated in the beautiful Central Ranges of NSW, approximately 3 hours north west of Sydney, Australia. As well as growing and making multi-award winning olive oils here, we have a Mediterranean-style cellar door where visitors can taste a variety of oils and purchase olive oils and olive products, and relax in the courtyard with a coffee.
