The Red Kitchen use certified organic, GE free fresh produce, legumes, grains, flours and spices; The Red Kitchen eggs are locally raised and free-range, and The Red Kitchen meat is free-range, grass fed and organic.  In addition, The Red Kitchen have recently redesigned The Red Kitchen menu to offer more sustainable seafood choices in line with recommendations from the Australian Marine Conservation Society.
