Prices for these include the supply and installation of 5 or 10 Schott Poly-Crystalline 202 Watt Solar Panels, inverter and 25 Year Performance Warranty. Prices for a 1kW system vary from $4,990 - $7,290 inc. GST after Government rebate. Similarly, the 2kW system will cost between $14,990 - $16,290 inc. GST post rebate

For an average-sized 1.5 kilowatt system the maximum rebate will be about $7500. A smaller-sized 1.0 kilowatt system will attract a rebate of about $5000. The value of the rebate will fluctuate but is set to decrease from 2012.
