This is a 6 litre Stainless Steel, vacuum insulated thermal cooker that has two three litre inner saucepans and is manufactured by the Internationally recognised Thermos Company.
The two three litre inner saucepanthat stack one on top of the other are used to prepare your meal and raise the temperature to 100 degrees on a stove top before placing it into the vacuum insulated outer container to slow cook without the addition of any more heating energy.
This highly nutritious slow cooking method ensures that the meats are super moist and very tender while the vegetables still retain their shape, colour, texture and heat.
Only minutes of simmering on a stove top will produce excellent slow cooked meals that will ready in approximately 1 1/2 hours but will stay above food safety temperatures for up to 10 hours so you can prepare in the mornings and enjoy when you return in the evenings.
