Preservative free Petit Verdot

The wine: The 2012 preservative free Petit Verdot has
had ZERO additions, no SO2, yeast or acid. Purely from the vineyard to the bottle.

Colour: Garnet with purple hue

Nose: Spicy, red cherry, cinnamon, turmeric violets
and cloves.

Palate:
The palate displays red berries, spice,
elongated tannins and firm acidity. The 2012
Petit Verdot shows remarkable approachability
for its age due to its natural status.

Cellaring: Drink young (Now-2014)

Braised Potatoes and Smoked Duck Breast
with Italian Vinegar
