Recommendations in how to maximise the property’s appeal are addressed, including evaluation of current décor, architectural and cosmetic flaws, analysing visual barriers, traffic flow, assessing fencing, landscaping, etc. This service is about making sure the big issues are addressed before putting the property on the market.

New Build Property Service – part furnished from $3500 (including hire costs) for 5-6 weeks Our most popular service. For property developers wanting to make a stunning impact on potential buyers, Vintage Green will fit out your property with furnishings and accessories that make a stunning showcase of the architecture, truly putting the ‘icing on the cake’ of your investment.

Owner Furnished Property Service – from $150 for consultation only (further fee structure advised thereafter) + hire + report Recommended for properties being lived in during sale process. This service offers guidance for addressing maintenance issues and underlining the importance of decluttering and depersonalising properties about to be placed on the market. On a second visit, principles are put into practice, using client’s own furniture and accessories, with additional pieces hired as necessary for the campaign period.

Vacated Property Service – POA Recommended for established properties that have been vacated. Includes management of contractors to address garden and home maintenance, and cosmetic improvements for dated kitchens, bathrooms, etc. We will cover everything prevent likelihood of potential buyers trimming an offer to accommodate immediate renovations.
