The Powerhouse Showroom

Because our team here at Blue Mountains Solar are committed to showing our customers that you can live comfortable solely on solar, we would love to invite you to experience the future of sustainable energy production at our new Powerhouse showroom in Katoomba.

We have installed in our showroom a 15kW solar system using 250W panels and three 5kW inverters. The system is also backed up by 3 SMA Sunny Backup and 4 x Concorde Sun Xtender Sealed AGM 305 Amp hour batteries!

This systems is here to show everyone just how easy and simple it can be to live on just solar energy. This solar system is designed to store excess energy in the available batteries for use at night or during cloudy days. Once the batteries are 100% charged it will change back to feeding the grid to export all that excess energy. In this way, we're not just living on free green energy, we're also making a profit out of them by earning valuable credits.
