He has worked for State Government Agencies in Queensland (Water Quality Council), Victoria (Water Quality Officer with the Environmental Protection Authority, Environment Assessment Officer with the Ministry for Conservation) and South Australia (Senior Chemist Water Pollution Control with the Engineering and Water Supply Dept).
