Well before Al Gore brought the world's attention to our global sustainability challenges and well before Facebook became 'all the rage', The Australian National Sustainability Network was an early effort to use the power of social networking and online communities to bridge institutional, geographic and social boundaries in order to help build a more sustainable and participatory society.
