The Queensland Wildlife Artists Society began its journey in 1983 in Brisbane. It was established by a small group of local artists who were interested in fostering the study and appreciation of wildlife art in relation to Australia's unique species.
We became incorporated in 1995 and membership has steadily grown to include artists from all over Australia and overseas.
We welcome all to attend our meetings that are held on the last Sunday of every second month.
