Chicken, pumpkin, sweet potato, and zucchini mix superbly with the giant couscous, making this dish fun. Apricots insert natural sweetness, the garlic, cinnamon, ginger and turmeric, bring on the flavour.

This is the just one we have product in our range, which does not carry the ACO organic logo. Yum Mum are not able to source organic giant couscous, however rest assured the product sits at 91% organic.
