The Chardonnay was lightly pressed off and fermented in stainless steel to preserve the new aromas of citrus fruits and tight acidity and structure.
Reserved tropical fruits, citrus and orange blossom, as well as a hint of white stone fruit (nectarine) set apart the 2007 Chardonnay. The palate equally shows restrained tropical fruit and displays balance and a satisfying constancy with a clean, fresh, citrus finish.
