Positive Footprints seeks to make the process of creating a sustainable home easy. By having Designers, Builders, Carpenters, and Energy Raters on staff, we are able to provide a total package from initial design, through the whole process of construction, to handing over the keys. All our designs are assessed and improved at design stage using the Accurate® House Energy Rating software for thermal analysis. Predicted room temperatures are analysed throughout the house, allowing any problem areas to be addressed early in the process and each zone fine tuned for thermal performance. Our current designs are generally 8 stars + in energy performance, with our first 9 star house built in 2011.
