Luxoflectors are manufactured in Adelaide from sheet aluminium with a layer of pure silver as well as a clear protective coating. Pure silver has a much higher reflective than either white paint or aluminium and results in excellent lighting efficiencies and lighting control. This higher reflectivity continues for many years throughout the long life of the Luxoflector.

With an optimised reflector profile design, Luxoflectors offer superior optics that direct light downwards out of the light fitting. The Luxoflector technology can increase lighting efficiency by up to 50%, halving the number of fluorescent lamps required and halving a building’s lighting energy use.
