Cocoon Design was established in 1998 with a mission to find a more sustainable and holistic method of creating shelters.

We take our name from one of nature’s most beautiful shelters, the humble cocoon.

The metamorphosis of a grub inside a cocoon, emerging as a beautiful moth symbolizes the design process we apply to our work.

We believe good design can deliver beautiful, sustainable and cost effective solutions which support our life activities, and nurture our spirit.
