Tweed Landcare

The Tweed Valley has a highly diverse and widely treasured ecosystem which includes both temperate and sub-tropical climate environment. More than forty plant species can only be found in the Tweed Valley area and many of them are endangered or at the risk of being vulnerable to extinction. 

The Tweed Landcare is a community conservation group consisting of local landcare volunteers. We have been working to protect and rehabilitate this precious landscape with supports from the community and other people who share our values.
