Rated 4.5 stars  and Nationally Accredited.The B & B operates totally on rain water with a storage capacity of 157,000 litres.

The property has a 9.6 kw (44 panels) solar system and an aerobic enviro cycle septic system which allows recycled water to irrigate lawns and gardens.  

A small wetlands has been created to provide an environmentally friendly habitat for frogs and native birdlife. Recycling and composting practices are followed.
