BAL Certificates for Complying Development

BUSHFIRE RISK are Certified Bushfire Consultants with Qualified & Accredited Bushfire Certifiers (endorsed by the FPAA) 

We provide BAL Certificates (Bushfire Attack Level) for Complying Development.

These may be issued where the part of the lot on which the development is to be carried out is not in bush fire attack level-40 (BAL-40) or the flame zone (BAL-FZ) and where the development complies with other criteria as per the State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) 2008.
