C E Bartlett's Evap-Cap is a floating evaporation cover made from light impervious polyethylene. The white upper surface deflects the heat from the sun. & the black bubble underside provides flotation and stops light penetration.

Both the layers are U.V. stabilized and designed to reduce evaporation to an absolute minimum.
