All decks wether new or existing should be sanded prior to oiling.

Sikkens - Cetol Hls - this will give a natural looking low sheen oiled finish.
Sikkens - Deck - this is a thicker formulation to give a higher sheen finish.
DWD Intergrain - a hard wearing finish that looks more like a satin urethane finish.
DWD Ultradeck - low sheen water based oil formulation - semi transparent finish.
