February 17:23 is stylishly designed as a three shade panelled bikini bottom, in a sunburst style.  In 1977, the sunset was at 17:23 on the 1st February and that is where this beautiful bikini bottom gets its name. This bottom an be matched with our February 06:04 bikini top which is blue purple in colour.
